True Balancing Act: Work-Life (Part II)

We see that most of the time, people who are "Successful" are not happy, or not nearly as happy as they should be. If you go closer you will see that people are unable to enjoy their success because they are stressed. As the name suggest, motivational speakers aim to motivate their audience.

 Adapting to Change

We are part of fast-paced world, where the only constant is ‘Change’. For a successful career and a happy home life one should continually adopt new methods. Motivational speakers promote ‘effective change management’ which involves making regular and intensive efforts to ensure that the volume of change at work and at home does not overwhelm or defeat you.

 Managing Technology

Since the ‘early days’ Technology has been with us, like flint, spear, and wheel. Effectively managing of technology means technology should serve you, rather than bothering you. Yes, we agree that there is no choice but to stay updated with the technological trends, but you must rule technology, not vice versa.

Managing Leisure

The most overlooked part of the work-life balance is the significance of rest and relaxation in the entire process. But, too much of anything is not healthy, likewise, too much of leisure can lead to monotony. Thus, effective leisure management is integral to work-life balance.
