If Hope-less then Get Charged More!

You live only once, so one should make the most out of it. Today’s generation has well clear defined dreams and they work towards achieving it with passion. But in some cases when they meet failure they are unable to take it and go in depression. In extreme cases they commit suicide, which we read in newspaper. Motivational speakers claim that people today give up their lives for reasons ranging from break-ups (love affair) to unemployment to marks expectations to examination stress.

Lot of motivational seminars are conducted in India which focuses on stress management, anger management and to motivate people in the times of failure. Today we want success at the first attempt or else we get depressed. We are loosing on the bounce back ability which we are taught as kids through King Bruce and spider story.

People are so focused on success that they are not able to accept or digest failure. Motivational speakers in India motivate people to see failures as a means to learn and improve accordingly. Failure does not matter what matters is we should not stop trying.

If we see in history, all the big and small inventions and discoveries were not made at the first attempt. Lot of time and efforts was invested just imagine had they stopped trying after tasting failure at the first or second attempt, we would not have been enjoying those gifts. Just to conclude, one should never forget that Success is not final, it just marks the beginning of a new journey and failure is not fatal, it is the moment to pause and bounce back.

Connectivity, a Biggest Concern

In todays’ so called connected world, the reality is that we all are disconnected. By just sending birthday wishes on facebook seeing the birthday alerts or commenting on the WhatsApp DP, is not the ‘Connect’ that we all need. Social media has mechanized the feelings and replaced the personal touch. The biggest challenge which the motivational speakers in India are facing is to make people realize the significance of the personal touch in communication.

Now when I say personal touch please don’t take me wrong, as I only mean show compassion and concern in your gestures. Feel responsible for what you do and say. Corporate Trainers try to fix this patch at individual level. Once as an individual the employee realizes their responsibilities towards their actions and words, same they will replicate at work.

All the top motivational speakers agree that it is important for the employee to feel connected with the company. In this way employees can identify themselves with the company’s vision, mission and all the relevant strategies. They start relating company’s success with their own growth. Such understanding and clarity help workers to align their career objectives with the business objectives of the organization.

Motivated employees who connect well with their organization are passionate and work with vigor and positive attitude that leads to high performance and job satisfaction. In return they get recognized for their good performance, which further motivates and cements their bonding with the organization. In the time of 4G, such employee-organization connect means ‘4xG’.

Who is the Best Motivational Speaker?

Motivational speakers are the new hope of the world. They are the one now on whom this whole world is dependent. They talk on the topics such as healthy living, stress free life, team-building, etc. for schools, corporate sectors and other institutions. Motivational speakers are those talented identities who play a role of a doctor in the listener’s life. Generally, doctors treat the body, but motivational trainings are given to treat the emotions. These speakers give a positive dose to the listeners to boost their confidence.

With their optimistic approach they try energizing the social, spiritual, professional, mental, and financial facets of their lives. Motivational Speakers are not just good at understanding other mental level and problems, but they are good at conveying the solution to them as their verbal communication skills are excellent. These speakers in their training sessions, conduct question answer round which is very important for both the speaker and the listener. So, both of them should enthusiastically participate in it.

Well, this art of motivational speakers is used in the business sector to motivate all employees of the company irrespective of their level. These speakers help companies to sell their business to others. Calling a motivational speaker for conference is common these days. A good speaker is the one who knows the way to delivering the ideas clearly in a very intresting manner. Every single word that the speaker speaks should make an impact on the listeners mind forcing him/her to follow everything they say. The listener should remember everything said by the motivational speaker. All the reactions of the listeners represent the success or failure of the speaker.

True Balancing Act: Work-Life (Part II)

We see that most of the time, people who are "Successful" are not happy, or not nearly as happy as they should be. If you go closer you will see that people are unable to enjoy their success because they are stressed. As the name suggest, motivational speakers aim to motivate their audience.

 Adapting to Change

We are part of fast-paced world, where the only constant is ‘Change’. For a successful career and a happy home life one should continually adopt new methods. Motivational speakers promote ‘effective change management’ which involves making regular and intensive efforts to ensure that the volume of change at work and at home does not overwhelm or defeat you.

 Managing Technology

Since the ‘early days’ Technology has been with us, like flint, spear, and wheel. Effectively managing of technology means technology should serve you, rather than bothering you. Yes, we agree that there is no choice but to stay updated with the technological trends, but you must rule technology, not vice versa.

Managing Leisure

The most overlooked part of the work-life balance is the significance of rest and relaxation in the entire process. But, too much of anything is not healthy, likewise, too much of leisure can lead to monotony. Thus, effective leisure management is integral to work-life balance.

True Balancing Act: Work-Life (Part I)

Today, in the nuclear family scenario, striking a work-life balance is important. For an effective work-life balance, Motivational Speakers share that the basic key everyday concepts that should be adopted are daily achievement, enjoyment and ideas.

Achievement and Enjoyment are the two sides of the coin called ‘value in life’. Both come hand in hand and you don’t have the option to choose one exclusively. Vivek Bindra, Best Motivational Speaker in India shares that People who live a one sided life are those "Successful" people who are not happy, or not nearly as happy as they should be.

Managing Self

It looks easy but managing one’s self is both difficult and important as otherwise it affects your sleep, exercise, and nutrition. Through self-management you can use life’s available resources effectively, and work in an organized way.

Managing Time

Effective time management involves prioritizing your tasks on the basis of important and urgent. Effective Planning and Time Management by Vivek Bindra is a very simple yet effective book that says time management is all about making optimal use of your day.

Managing Stress

With increase in complexity, stress on the person is inevitable. People who are into multi-tasking are found stressed, versus people who focus on one thing at a time. It is the prime role of the motivational speaker to dig out what actually is causing the stress and then help participants in managing their stress leading to improved efficiency.
