In todays’ so called connected world, the reality is that we all are disconnected. By just sending birthday wishes on facebook seeing the birthday alerts or commenting on the WhatsApp DP, is not the ‘Connect’ that we all need. Social media has mechanized the feelings and replaced the personal touch. The biggest challenge which the motivational speakers in India are facing is to make people realize the significance of the personal touch in communication.

when I say personal touch please don’t take me wrong, as I only mean show
