"A goal is a dream with a deadline."
- Napoleon Hill
Everyday,
we work hard to meet certain deadlines, set by our managers. The irony is that
the said deadlines are nowhere connected with the dreams of any of us. In
another words, most of us work hard but don't put our heart and soul into our
work, because neither we own nor endorse the goals and dreams, set by our
managers. This is the one fundamental reason behind failure in business, in
most of the organizations. This tricky situation assigned a new challenging
task to all motivational speakers in India. The task of inspiring
billions. Only then, the dream of digital and developed India will be embodied.
Success mantra from motivational speakers
You need a
great team to deliver a great result and you have to be a great motivational
leader to prepare a great team. Mentoring or supervising should never appear as
if someone is trying to control your each and every step. On the contrary, it
should be a mild approach to ensure that employees' activities are in-line with
the organizational vision and mission. Managers must give freedom to their
subordinates to find their own unique ways of addressing issues. They should
challenge them to develop new skills and think out of the box. But at the same
time, they must ensure that the assigned task is doable and of the individual's
interests. Motivational speakers may help you execute the said success mantra
in your organization by inspiring success stories, offering solutions for
problems in professional life, and so forth.
Empowered workforce - a risky bet?
Everyone
has certain weaknesses and strengths. For example, Mr. X may be good in writing
and Mr. Y may be good at public speaking. Good leaders always show faith in an
individual's unique potential and abilities. They give people an opportunity to
work in their strength area. With this decision, they make their workforce more
confident and motivated. In another words, an empowered workforce may create a
competitive and challenging working environment, but it doesn't mean that they
will become a threat for an individual's (viz. Manager, team leader, etc.)
growth. Sometimes, people need encouragement to instil a sense of confidence
in themselves, which results into improved productivity. This is definitely not
going to be a risky bet. Isn't it a good idea to call professional motivational
speakers to motivate and empower our team members?
Conclusion
You may
have creative and self-disciplined people in your organization, who may be
capable enough to suggest you solutions to various problems, but they won't be
able to come out of the shade of legacy of their seniors. These talented minds
will definitely require guidance. The organization should nurture such talent,
so that they could be a motivational and successful future leader. After all,
billions of Indians need many such leaders and motivational speakers.
